Owner / Driver
Liquid Revolutions Racing was built on Randy’s belief that racing is about more than crossing the finish line. Through competition, education, and sharing the behind the scenes journey, his goal is to inspire others while helping grow the sport of outboard powerboat racing.
Crew Cheif
When Randy had the crazy idea to get into powerboat racing, Ted was there from the very beginning. Through countless hours in the shop and race weekends on the road, they’ve learned the sport together. Ted’s dedication, support, and leadership is an interracial part of Liquid Revolutions Racing success.
Radio / Social Media
Britney and Randy met through their shared passion of scuba diving. Whether she’s managing the team’s social media, keeping the race boat looking its best, or spotting for Randy over the radio during a race, she plays a key role in the team’s success both on and off the water.
Crew
Rich and Randy’s friendship spans more than 20 years and is rooted in a shared passion for scuba diving, dirt bikes, barbecue, and being on the water. His mechanical expertise and readiness to tackle any challenge make him someone the team can always count on, whether in the shop or at the race site.

Dave and Randy first met on a scuba diving trip to Cuba, where a shared passion for adventure travel quickly turned into a lasting friendship that grew into a valued role on the Liquid Revolutions Racing team. Dave’s positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and “let’s get it done” mindset make him someone the team can always count on.
Crew
We first met Tommy and his wife during the team’s inaugural racing season at a drivers’ party, where what started as a shared love for the sport quickly grew into a lasting friendship. Always ready to lend a hand, Tom is the kind of teammate who will tackle any job, and somehow always knows where to find that hard-to-find part when the team needs it most.
Crew & Offshore Team
A shared passion for boat racing quickly turned Charlie and Randy into friends. Charlie’s offshore racing experience has been a tremendous asset to the team, and while he introduced Randy to the world of offshore racing from the throttle seat, Randy has enjoyed introducing Charlie to the fast paced world of outboard tunnel boats.
Chief Mechanic
15 years of tunnel boat engineering. Built and tuned engines for multiple championship-winning boats.
Driver
Rising star in the SST-45 class. Rookie of the Year 2024 with an aggressive racing style.
Team Manager
Former driver turned strategist. Manages race logistics, sponsorships, and team coordination.
